With a Master in Labour and Company Law and experience in Reward, Talent Management and Leadership, Michelle changed this year to the role of Global Performance Manager at ING. ING has recently rolled out Step Up Performance Management: a new way of working that aims to improve the performance culture of the bank by moving from a retrospective review process to a real-time improvement process. In the roll-out the focus is to not only technically implement the framework, but to really create a new performance culture.
